By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All product prices are listed in euros (€).
Prices for EU customers are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices are exclusive of VAT, and local import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery (see "Taxes and Duties" below).
We reserve the right to update prices, descriptions, and product availability without prior notice.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Payment is processed securely through our checkout system.
Orders cannot be modified or redirected once confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if fraud or misuse is suspected, or if a product is unavailable.
We ship worldwide to selected regions from our studio in Amsterdam, including all EU countries, as well as the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, South Korea, Japan, and Brazil. Please see the Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Full rates are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page.
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Our main shipping day is Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You may be required to sign for your delivery.
Missed Deliveries:
If a delivery is missed, the carrier will attempt a second delivery. After two missed deliveries, any additional re-delivery attempts will incur fees payable by the customer.
All orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis unless stated otherwise. This means import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the customer upon delivery.
We are not responsible for customs delays, local import procedures, or force-majeure events beyond our control.
EU customers
Prices on our website include Dutch VAT (21%) where applicable. For customers within the EU, VAT is charged at the rate of your delivery country via the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) system. No additional customs duties are due within the EU.
Non-EU customers
Orders shipped outside the European Union are sold on a tax-exclusive basis. You may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, sales tax, or customs handling fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your country's customs authorities and are payable by you. Your carrier will contact you directly if payment is required before delivery.
Import charges vary by country and depend on order value, product type, and local regulations. Some countries may apply taxes even on lower-value orders.

Refused or unpaid import charges:
If import duties or taxes are due and you choose not to pay them, the shipment may be returned to us or held by customs. In this case:
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery by contacting studio@phoaf.com to notify us of your intent to return.

Returns from within the EU:
Please arrange your own return shipping and send items to:

Please mark the parcel "Returned Goods – Relief Claimed" to avoid duplicate duties.
Returns from outside the EU:
You must arrange your own return shipping via a trusted courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) with tracking.
Please ensure to:
Any duties or fees incurred upon arrival will be deducted from your refund.
If you refuse to pay any required import duties or taxes and the parcel is returned to us, we are unable to refund the order or the original shipping costs. If the parcel is not returned to us or is abandoned by customs, no refund can be issued.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return at our studio. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
Refunds are issued for the product price only and exclude:
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take 3–5 additional days to appear in your account.
If return conditions are not met:
We will contact you by email with available options, which may include returning the items to you at your expense.
All content on this website — including images, designs, logos, and text — is the property of PHOAF and protected under intellectual property law.
It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHOAF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
